About Me
I’m Vinay Khurana. owner of Khurana Kickboxing. I lead my program having had 20 years experience in kickboxing and fitness. I have also spent years supporting Crossfit workouts, TRX and circuit training. My entrance to training began with Kenpo Karate in grade school. After experiencing being bullied, it not only developed my confidence and skills but lead myself into boxing and kickboxing. Through these experiences I was able to improve my health, mental well-being, and stress management in my life. I began training others in 2002 and have since taught at major establishments including UFC and other local gyms. I founded Khurana Kickboxing to help individuals one on one and through classes to reach fitness goals and build a healthier lifestyle.
