Determining your passion in life brings fulfillment. Passion frees us to grow and mature. Working out is driven by passion whether it be circuit training, sports, kickboxing or otherwise. Choose what you enjoy from trying different programs. Enjoying your chosen routine will drastically improve your results and dedication. I determined a long time ago that kickboxing is my passion. I continued to try other routines as passion goes beyond a single focus. I was hesitant to learn TRX, crossfit, boxing, weight lifting, and yoga. My entrance into multiple focus areas made me discover so many variations of training. I could love and learn from all of it while each program supported my kickboxing passion. These routines allowed me to test my body and mind in new ways. Each workout became easier in time and now I’m able to train my clients combining each routine. We need to constantly seek new challenges and prove that we can meet each. Challenging myself keeps me motivated. It also keeps routines from becoming monotonous and it provides me with greater depth in understanding myself. Try different things. Walk, run, swim and try anything that peeks your interest. Don’t self doubt. Do it and with the correct guidance and instruction it will be fun and you will determine your passions.
