Reasoning is something we all do but typically when it comes to something we want or do not want it’s natural to reason toward what we want. Exercising falls into the reasoning category. It’s easy to find reasons not to work out today and to postpone the start date. The most common “reasons” are:  I am too tired.  I don’t have time. I don’t feel like it. I am not ready for it. As easy as it is to justify not exercising you can just as well justify why you should.
You can make time to work out by elevating its importance. Start with 15-20 minutes of light impact physical activity such as walking or jogging.

These should be your motivations to train:

1.) Your health.
2.) Keeping my body strong enough to accomplish day to day goals.
3.) Being supportive for your friends and family.
4.) Mental stability.
5.) Pain mitigation.

6.) Building your community.

Remember whatever excuse comes to mind to avoid exercise, you can counter it. In the end, you will do what you prioritize.
