Another of Khurana Kickboxing’s philosophies “Sharpen your mind and achieve anything” is true and just that. While there are many faucets to sharpening our minds, there is a unique quality to engaging in physical activity. When you workout your mind becomes stronger and is required to push yourself beyond your limits, you also enhance your awareness, attention to detail and become more observant. You will find yourself increasing in mental and physical capacity both and therefore achieving the goals and overcoming the obstacles in your life will naturally occur. My personal belief is once you push through any physical task that requires a great deal of yourself everything thereafter seems to fall into place much easier in comparison. Challenging our bodies to push through discomfort, pain and exhaustion requires a commitment to convincing our minds to hang on and that the pain is temporary and will only lead to growth and great results thereafter. Condition yourself daily to fight off the negative thoughts we all incur and rather tell yourself you believe you can and will accomplish your goals, focus on the positive things in your life current and whats to come ahead. Self belief is truly important and necessary in order to become all we are meant to be.
