You’re never too old to join my training program. You work within your restraints.  My goal is to ensure you have fun, apply proper form, and become consistent and disciplined in your health and fitness goals.

I will never discourage you from your current successful fitness programs.  That said, adding in my program will challenge you physically, mentally, and offer you a new set of tools for your current routines.
